East Hanover Child Care Center is accredited by Grow NJ Kids. We have a 4 star rating since 2019!
Every child is cared for dedicated staff. Many of our teachers have been at the center for more than 12 years. They are all trained in the Creative Curriculum and are CPR and
First Aid Certified. They focus on each child as a whole, helping them manage and understand their emotions, make responsible decisions and establish and maintain positive relationships.
General Curriculum
The Creative Curriculum is implemented in all classrooms. Our repuration speaks for itself, children are very well prepared for Kindergarten and beyond!
Literacy
Our preschoolers learn the letter sounds using Jolly Phonics and in Pre-K they use Handwriting Without Tears for letter formation.
Math Talk Through Books
Teachers cover different math key concepts every week by reading books from our carefully curated Math Library.
Spanish Inmersion
We offer an immersive Spanish Component in all classrooms. Native Spanish teachers spend time in the classrooms daily, read stories, count, sing songs and interact with the children in Spanish. We use the Highlights Curriculum for the younger children and the Llamitas Curriculum for the older children.
Yoga
Ms Ali comes in once a week to teach Yoga to all children Tots and up!
Robotics
Kubo is an intuitive Robot that makes learning easy and fun in our Pre-K classrooms.

We use the Brightwheel app to enhance communication between the center and home and encourage family engagement.
